本文对甘蓝型油菜的四种主要的不育细胞质类型(Ogu,Pol,nap,陕2A)和白菜型油菜细胞质不育系阿油A的育性在不同的光照条件下(11小时,13小时,15小时以及自然光照)和不同的地区(武昌、昆明)进行鉴定。结果表明,油菜细胞质雄性不育的娈化与温度的高低有关,而与光照的长短无关。nap细胞质和阿油A属于高温敏感型;Pol细胞质和陕2A对温度是否敏感取决于细胞核;Ogu细胞质对温度不敏感。
In this study, the fertility of four major sterile cytoplasmic types (Ogu, Pol, nap, Shaan 2A) and Brassica campestris var. Saponins A oil A of Brassica napus under different light conditions (11 hours, 13 hours , 15 hours and natural light) and different regions (Wuchang, Kunming) were identified. The results showed that the cytoplasmic male sterility of rape was related to the temperature but not the length of the light. nap cytoplasm and A oil A belong to the high temperature sensitive type; Pol cytoplasm and Shaan 2A are sensitive to the temperature depending on the nucleus; Ogu cytoplasm is insensitive to the temperature.
