总结８例肾钙乳的临床及Ｘ线表现。将其分为三型：囊肿型、肾盏憩室型、肾积水型。重点讨论肾钙乳的Ｘ线平片诊断，提出新月征，认为：（１）肾区有类圆形致密阴影时，不管有无泌尿系症状，均应注意肾钙乳的可能；（２）平片发现肾钙乳，应进一步明确其并发症。
