目的观察直肌侧切联合后退术矫正大度数斜视的临床效果。方法对9例大度数的共同性内斜视患者行双内直肌双边侧切三分之一联合后退及一条外直肌缩短的手术;对5例大度数外斜视患者行双外直肌双边侧切三分之一联合后退及一条内直肌缩短的手术。结果 14例患者中一次手术正位12例,正位率85.71%,两条直肌均两边侧切各三分之一在大度数斜视患者可以矫正斜视度15°~25°,而且矫正量在度数越高的患者表现得越大。结论直肌双边侧切能够增强肌肉减弱的效果,直肌侧切联合后退术矫正大度数斜视初步效果比较满意。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of rectus ablation combined with retrograde correction of large degree strabismus. Methods Nine patients with large esophageal esotropia underwent bilateral one-sided lateral rectus femoris retraction and an external rectus abdominis surgery. Five patients with large exotropia underwent bilateral lateral rectus ablation One of the combined retraction and an internal rectus shortening operation. Results Of the 14 cases, 12 cases were correctly operated at one time with a positive rate of 85.71%. One third of bilateral rectus were circumcised on both sides. Strabismus was corrected by 15 ° ~ 25 ° in patients with large number of strabismus, The higher the patient’s performance, the greater. Conclusions Both sides of the rectus abdominis muscle can enhance the effect of muscle weakness. The initial effect of rectus abdominisis combined with correction of large degree strabismus is satisfactory.
