马钢一铁厂在使用立式冷却壁后,发现各高炉立式冷却壁都有不同程度破损。为了查明其漏水对炉况,特别是对焦比的影响,曾在9号和12号高炉上进行了多次漏水测定。测定结果使我们得到了启示,促使我们对立式冷却壁漏水的机理进行研究,并提出了为延长立式冷却壁使用寿命应该注意的事项及对其漏水采取的对策。一、漏水测定进行漏水测定的方法是:采用两只水表串接在被检查的冷却壁进出水管路上测出同
After using a vertical stave at a steel plant in Masteel, it was found that the vertical stave of each blast furnace had various degrees of damage. In order to ascertain the effect of water leakage on the furnace conditions, especially the coke ratio, several leak tests were carried out on the No.9 and No12 blast furnaces. The results of the tests give us some enlightenment, prompting us to study the mechanism of water leakage in vertical stave and put forward some countermeasures to be taken to extend the service life of vertical stave and to leaking water.
