高职教学是整个教育体系中的组成部分之一,然而在实际的教学过程中我国的高职教育出现了产需严重脱节的问题,进而增加了学生在毕业后的失业率。为此高职教学应该不断加快教学改革的步伐,以便应对我国高职教学中存在的问题。本文主要分析了以就业为导向的高职教学体系改革重要性,之后提出了几点建设性的对策,希望以就业为导向进而不断优化装饰工程技术的课程设置,应用教、学、做三位一体的高职教学模式,从而有效提高学生毕业后的就业率。
Higher vocational education is an integral part of the whole education system. However, in the actual teaching process, the problem of serious disjunction of production and demand appears in the higher vocational education in our country, which in turn increases the unemployment rate after graduation. Therefore, higher vocational teaching should constantly speed up the pace of teaching reform in order to cope with the problems in higher vocational education in our country. This article mainly analyzes the importance of employment-oriented reform of higher vocational education system, and then put forward some constructive countermeasures, hoping to employment-oriented and thus continue to optimize the curriculum of decorative engineering technology, application of teaching, learning, doing trinity Higher vocational teaching mode, so as to effectively improve the employment rate after graduation.
