通过田野调查法、逻辑思辨法、文献资料等方法,对文化流动规律与中国民族传统体育进行分析,他们都存在高文化向低文化流动规律、文化中各种成分流动的不同步性规律和文化流动的整体性规律。探讨文化流动规律下民族传统体育的文化流传,为其他民族传统体育项目的发展提供借鉴。分析中国民族传统体育项目发展策略:挖掘文化内涵,加强宣传力度;完善管理体制,建立保护战略;扩大对外交流,提高国际地位;加强教育价值的开发,扩大人才储备;推进民族传统体育的市场化进程。
