公称直径20 mm 以下的阀门,多为灰铸铁材料制造,稍不注意,极易拧裂。尤其是暖气管道上用的直角式、直通式八字阀,其抗拉强度较低,若旋紧力稍微大些,即可能导致破裂。以下方法可有效杜绝阀门破损的产生。1.拧入阀门前,先用锯条或钉子把阀腔内丝扣前端的油漆刮去少许,以利阀门纫扣时的找正。
Valves with a nominal diameter of 20 mm or less are mostly made of gray cast iron material, and they do not care much. They are easily cracked. In particular, the right-angled, straight-through eight-word valve used on heating pipes has a low tensile strength. If the tightening force is slightly larger, it may cause cracking. The following methods can effectively prevent valve damage. 1. Before screwing into the valve, use a saw blade or a nail to scrape off the paint on the front of the thread inside the valve cavity to facilitate alignment of the valve.
