中国社科院世界经济与政治研究所最近发布的《2016年第二季度中国对外直接投资(ODI)报告》显示,2016年第二季度,青岛海尔以42.75亿美元收购全球家电品牌美国通用家电,占该季度中资海外并购总额的62%。点评:海外并购潮中的“国退民进”现象值得关注。2003-2013年,央企是海外并购中的主力。此后,因全球大宗商品价格不断下滑,海外资源类投资大幅减少,央企并购一度跌破50%。
