目的探讨三维彩色多普勒超声成像在诊断胎儿畸形中的应用价值。方法分析57例合并有胎儿畸形的孕妇,均进行二维、三维超声检查,比较两种检查方法在先天性胎儿畸形诊断中的畸形检出率。结果本组新生儿或引产检查共有57例胎儿畸形,实际出现畸形60处,三维超声检出57处,漏诊3例,畸形检出率为95.0%(57/60),二维超声检出率为80.0%(48/60);二维与三维超声检出率比较(χ2=6.17,P<0.05)。结论与二维超声相比,三维超声直观立体感强,能够直观地反映胎儿体表结构、立体形态及相互间的位置关系,实时观察宫内胎儿各个器官发育情况,且方法简单,准确性高,对临床具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods 57 pregnant women with fetal malformations were examined by two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasonography. The detection rate of deformity in the diagnosis of congenital fetal malformations was compared between the two methods. Results A total of 57 cases of fetal malformations were observed in this group of newborn or abortion-causing fetuses. There were 60 malformations, of which 57 were detected by three-dimensional ultrasonography and 3 were missed. The detection rate of malformations was 95.0% (57/60) (80%) (48/60). The two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound detection rates were compared (χ2 = 6.17, P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound, the three-dimensional ultrasound has a strong intuitionistic three-dimensional appearance, which can directly reflect the structure, stereo shape and mutual positional relationship of the fetal surface, and real-time observation of intrauterine fetal organ development, and the method is simple and accurate It has important diagnostic value for clinic.
