我国近年来已研究成功多种减水剂,主要有高效型和普通型两大类。高效减水剂一般为萘系减水剂,性能良好,但需要用工业萘、甲基萘或精萘等化工原料,来源困难且生产成本较高。为了适应建筑工程日益发展的需要,要求立足本省资源,试制廉价高效的减水剂。我所于1978年开始选用省内高温炼焦工业副产品中产量大、而工业利用价值又较低的蒽油为主要原料,试制成功AU混凝土减水剂。
In recent years, China has successfully studied a variety of water-reducing agents, mainly high-efficiency and general-type two categories. High-efficiency water-reducing agents are generally naphthalene-based water-reducing agents and have good performance. However, industrial naphthalene, methylnaphthalene or refined naphthalene and other chemical raw materials are needed, and the source is difficult and the production cost is high. In order to meet the growing needs of construction projects, it is required to base on the resources of this province to trial-make cheap and efficient water-reducing agents. In 1978, our institute started to use oyster oil, which has a large output of high-temperature coking industrial co-products in the province and which has a relatively low value of industrial use, as the main raw material, and successfully produced AU concrete water-reducing agent.
