据新华社信息,有关专家对我国染料发展提出如下建议: 1.加大技改力度,增强参与国际市场竞争能力 目前全国800多家染料厂中绝大多数是中小型企业。低水平的重复建设,使得一批具有生产优势的产品内外销困难,市场急需的产品又供不应求,染料进口量逐年增加。染、颜料中间体出口品种及数量虽逐年增长,但由于生产技术相对比较落后,品质及可用性均不及欧美国家产品,只能以低价销售,同时大量的三废造成环境污染。因此,必须加大力度对一些重点出口产品和有生产优势的企业进行技术改造,增强它们参与国际市场竞争的能力。
According to the Xinhua News Agency, relevant experts put forward the following suggestions for the development of dyestuffs in China: 1. Intensify technological reforms and increase their ability to participate in the international market. At present, the overwhelming majority of more than 800 dye factories in the country are small and medium-sized enterprises. The low level of repeated construction has made it difficult for both domestic and foreign sales of a batch of products with production advantages. The products needed by the market are in short supply, and the import volume of dyes has increased year by year. Although the varieties and quantities of dyes and pigment intermediates have increased year by year, due to the relatively backward production technology, the quality and usability are inferior to those of Europe and the United States, and they can only be sold at low prices. At the same time, a large number of wastes cause environmental pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to intensify efforts to carry out technological transformation on some key export products and enterprises with production advantages to enhance their ability to participate in international market competition.
