北京舞蹈学院的人才培养目标即“培养基础宽、专业精、能力强、具有创新精神的高素质舞蹈文化人才,重点是舞蹈表演、编创尖子人才和教学、研究高级人才”。为实现和达到这个多层次的人才培养目标,必须在常规教学的基础上,坚定不移地以实践教学为根本实现途径,这是由舞蹈艺术和舞蹈教学的性质所决定的。优秀的舞蹈表演和编创人才必须在舞台呈现中得到检验,而教学和研究的高级人才,也须将舞蹈理论与实践紧密结合起来,达到教学研究的目的更好地转化和输送到创演呈现中去。因此,强调舞蹈教学的实践性特征一直是学院教学中的核心部分。本文旨在总结分析学院实践教学体系的现状,围绕着实践教学平台的搭建情况,对未来发展的方向提出个人的一些思考。
Beijing Dance Academy’s goal of talent training is to cultivate high-quality dance culture talent with broad-based, professional skills, strong ability and innovative spirit, focusing on dance performances, creating top talent and teaching and researching senior talents. Excellent dance performances and creative talent must be tested on the stage, while senior personnel in teaching and research must also closely integrate dance theory and practice so as to achieve the goal of teaching and research to be better translated and delivered to the presentations go with. Therefore, emphasizing the practical characteristics of dance teaching has always been a central part of college teaching. The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze the status quo of the practical teaching system in colleges and universities, and to put forward some personal thoughts about the direction of future development around the construction of practical teaching platforms.
