介绍了Zeiss LSM 710激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy,LSCM)的配置和技术参数,样品制备要求,图像采集的参数设置原则,日常维护和共享管理等方面。针对LSM 710的主要功能列举了生物医学领域的一些应用实例,如多通道荧光图像采集和自动叠加、荧光共定位分析、Z轴扫描和三维重建,光谱扫描等。LSCM避免了非焦平面杂散光的干扰,其分辨率比普通光学显微镜大大提高,能够进行光学切片和三维重建等,在生物医学领域应用十分广泛。中山医学院的ZeissLSM 710实行开放共享使用,使用率高,已成为学院和各附属医院相关领域常规科研仪器之一。
