在企业创新过程中,科技创新型人才扮演着关键性角色。但是,目前我国企业创新型人才的开发和培养体系尚不健全,这也是导致许多企业缺乏自主创新能力的重要原因之一。本文在项目课题支持的基础上,对现代企业创新导向的人力资源管理实践以及组织科技创新人才培养策略进行了总结和归纳,以期对企业创新人才培养等相关问题有所借鉴。
In the process of corporate innovation, innovative talents in science and technology play a key role. However, at present, the development and training system for innovative talents in China’s enterprises is still not perfect. This is one of the important reasons why many companies lack the capacity for independent innovation. Based on the support of the project project, this paper summarizes and summarizes the innovation-oriented human resource management practice of modern enterprises and the strategy of training personnel for organizing science and technology innovation, in order to draw lessons from the related issues of enterprise innovation talents training.
