目的:观察养心汤联用喹硫平对首发精神分裂症患者主观舒适度的影响.方法48例患者随机服用养心汤联用喹硫平(治疗组)或者单用喹硫平(对照组),在入组时、第4、8周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表、不良反应症状量表评分,患者自评主观舒适度量表评价疗效.结果:两组患者精神症状均减轻(P＜0.05或0.01).治疗组口干、便秘、恶心等不良反应的发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗组第4、8周末患者的主观舒适度均优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:养心汤联用喹硫平治疗精神分裂症能有效控制精神症状,减少不良反应,提高患者主观舒适度.“,”Objective:To investigate the effect of Yangxin Decoction combined with Quetiapine on subjective well-being of schizophrenic patients.Methods:The 48 patients were randomly taken Yangxin Decoction combined quetiapine or quetiapinealone.At the beginning of the study and the end of week 4 and week 8,Subjective well-being under neuroleptic treatment scale will be evaluated by patients themselves,and Positive and negative syndrome scale and Treatment emergent symptoms scale will be evaluated by psychiatrists.Results:Two groups of patients' mental symptoms were significantly reduced (P＜0.05 or 0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions such as dry mouth,constipation,nausea and so on in the treatment group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05).And the subjective well-being of treatment group was better than the control group at the end of week 4 and week 8 (P＜0.01).Conclusion:The Yangxin Decoction combined quetiapine treatment can effectively control the mental symptoms of schizophrenia,induce side effects and improve subjective well-being.
