煤炭企业属于人员密集型,企业着眼于既有的经济利益,却对维系生存的人力资源培训与开发未给予足够的重视,对于企业员工的培训工作不重视,效益提高慢,留不住人才,这些都是当前煤炭企业人员培训与开发中存在的问题。在经济高速发展下,要想推进煤炭企业的进一步创新与前进,就需要关注到这些方面,着眼于“人”进行改革。
Coal enterprises are personnel-intensive. Enterprises focus on the existing economic interests, but they do not pay enough attention to the training and development of human resources for survival.
