目的识别、分析深圳市某电子厂电线生产项目的职业病危害因素,并进行控制效果评价。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》等法律法规,采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法等方法进行评价。结果该建设项目的主要职业病危害因素为铅烟、异丙醇、甲醇、丁酮、环己酮、乙酸乙酯、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声、电焊烟尘、电焊弧光、激光辐射等。其中电线生产评价单元的电线押出岗位和连接线生产评价单元的超声波岗位噪声强度较大,为较突出的职业健康危害;其余化学有害因素浓度较低或低于检出限。结论该项目属于职业病危害一般建设项目,职业病危害控制效果较好,在噪声的相关防护措施方面上还需进一步完善。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards of wire production project in an electronics factory in Shenzhen and evaluate the control effect. Methods According to the laws and regulations such as “Code for Occupational Disease Hazard Assessment of Construction Projects”, the methods of occupational health survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and checklist analysis were used to evaluate. Results The main occupational hazards of the project were lead smoke, isopropanol, methanol, methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate, toluene, xylene, noise, welding dust, welding arc and laser radiation. Among them, the electric wire production evaluation unit’s wire extrusion positions and the connection wire production evaluation units have larger noise positions, which are more prominent occupational health hazards. The concentrations of other chemical harmful factors are lower or lower than the detection limits. Conclusion This project belongs to the general construction project of occupational hazards, and the control effect of occupational hazards is good. It needs to be further improved in the aspects of noise-related protective measures.
