The design process of ICG detection system based on Windows platform was introduced. The preliminary clinical ICG testing of this system was performed for 30 trainees. The comparison between the three main ICG indicators measured and the test results in the literature were compared. Studies have shown that not only do the test results have a good coincidence rate, but also the detection speed of the system is greatly improved compared to the system designed under the DOS environment. The introduction of the mouse makes the operation easier and more flexible.
