诸子文献对颜回形象的征引大致可以分为三类,一类是以《论语》为代表的直接描述颜回形象本身,一类是以《庄子》为代表的借颜回形象来代言自己的思想理论,再一类是以《荀子》、《吕氏春秋》为代表的借评价颜回形象来凸显自己的学术思想。正是由于颜回在德行、学识、才能等方面的突出表现,才使得他的地位逐渐被抬高,受到历代帝王和不同学派的青睐,发展至今日,成为经典的人物范式。
The phonetic lexicons of Yan Hui can be divided into three categories. The first is the direct description of Yan Hui itself represented by The Analects. The other is the self-image of Yan Chu, represented by “Zhuang Zi” Theory of thought, the other is based on “Xunzi”, “Lu’s Spring and Autumn” as the representative of the evaluation by Yan back to highlight their own image of the academic thinking. It is precisely because Yan Hui’s outstanding performance in virtue, knowledge, ability and other aspects, making his status gradually elevated, by the ancient emperors and different schools of all ages, development today, become the classic character paradigm.
