In 1982, Dyerberg, a Danish physiologist, first reported that Eskimos living in Greenland had a very low prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction and thrombotic disease compared with Western Europeans, due to the large consumption of marine fish. The results of epidemiological survey in China also show that people living on islands and coastal areas suffer from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases due to frequent consumption of seafood. Why do marine foods play these roles? Researchers have found that this is due to the fact that seafood foods are rich in omega-3 essential fatty acids (10-20%), of which EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA Docosahexaenoic acid) is particularly important for the reduction and prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Therefore, some people also refer to DHA as Double Heart / Heacl Agent. DHA, EPA has now been revealed and confirmed
