对美女樱和菠萝菊种子进行4种剂量的60Co-γ射线处理,结果显示:40Gy的辐射剂量可促进美女樱出芽率,而10、20、80Gy的辐射剂量抑制出芽率。辐射剂量和芽长、根长呈正相关。80Gy辐射剂量对美女樱的出芽率、芽长、根长较适宜。对菠萝菊而言,辐射剂量和出芽率、根长呈负相关。辐照对菠萝菊种子起抑制作用,说明菠萝菊不适合此范围的高剂量辐照。其中辐射剂量为20、80Gy时,菠萝菊种子不发芽;辐射剂量为40Gy时,芽长达到了4.91mm,远远大于对照0.57mm。
Four doses of 60Co-γ ray treatment were applied to the cherry and pineapple seeds. The results showed that the radiation dose of 40 Gy can promote the budding rate of beauty cherry, while the radiation dose of 10, 20 and 80 Gy inhibited the budding rate. Radiation dose and bud length, root length was positively correlated. 80Gy radiation dose of the beautiful cherry budding rate, bud length, root length more appropriate. For pineapple, radiation dose and germination rate, root length was negatively correlated. Irradiation inhibited pineapple seeds, indicating that pineapple is not suitable for this range of high-dose irradiation. When the radiation dose was 20 and 80Gy, the pineapple seeds did not germinate. When the radiation dose was 40Gy, the bud length reached 4.91mm, much larger than the control 0.57mm.
