苏联解体后,原各加盟共和国已纷纷独立,并有部分国家已组成“独联体”。但原苏联一些机构和期刊的棣属关系目前尚不十分清楚,其单位名称是否已经改变一时也无从查考。为此,本刊对原苏联一些机构、期刊名称一律按原文照译,仅在中英文目录和有关文章的文头、文尾的相关部分,将“苏联”一词改成“原苏联”。特此说明,并请读者注意。
After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, all former republics have become independent and some of them have formed the “Commonwealth of Independent States.” However, the relations between the divisions of some institutions and journals in the former Soviet Union are not yet clear at all. Whether the name of the unit has been changed for a time can not be examined. For this reason, we read the names of some institutions and periodicals in the former Soviet Union according to the original version. Only the relevant part of the Chinese and English catalogs and articles, and the text at the end of the article, changed the word “Soviet Union” to “the former Soviet Union.” Hereby explain, and readers attention.
