校园文化是全校师生精神面貌、行为规范和价值取向的综合体现,是校园特色的精神文明产物,职业院校文化建设是院校所独有的,显示了该职业院校的发展理念与核心价值观,职业院校的校园文化是其发展的保证,对学生的职业素质和精神文明培养有着深刻的影响,是综合素质教育的必要条件,因此建设和谐校园文化应该成为教育改革中的关键问题。只有优秀的校园文化才能为职业院校的发展提供良好的环境,为学生今后的发展打下基础。
Campus culture is a comprehensive manifestation of the mental outlook, code of conduct and value orientation of teachers and students of the whole school. It is a product of spiritual civilization of campus characteristics. The cultural construction of vocational colleges is unique to colleges and universities and shows the development concept and core of the vocational colleges The values and the campus culture of vocational colleges are the guarantee of their development.
