房地产企业经营过程中引入供应链管理,必然要求传统的组织结构进行相应的变革。本文初步探讨了供应链管理下房地产企业组织结构的设计,并提出了基于BPR的房地产开发企业组织结构优化策略。
The introduction of supply chain management in the real estate business process inevitably requires the traditional organizational structure to make corresponding changes. This article initially explores the design of the real estate enterprise organizational structure under the supply chain management and puts forward the optimization strategy of real estate development enterprises based on BPR.
