最近,国务院办公厅转发了国务院体改办等部门《关于城镇卫生体制改革的指导意见》,以建立适应社会主义市场经济要求的城镇医药卫生体制,这是对医药卫生改革的必然要求。对综合性的中医院来说是机遇更是挑战。在这重大变革时期作为医院的党组织,应通过有效途径与方法,发挥政治核心作用,保证改革顺利进行,促进医院建设和发展。
