2007年10月21日,中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会闭幕会在人民大会堂举行。在胡总书记的主持下,大会通过了《中国共产党章程(修正案)》。大会一致同意将科学发展观这一重大战略思想写入党章,一致同意将党的十七大关于发展中国特色社会主义的重大战略部署写入党章,一致同意将党的建设中行之有效的重大制度创新成果写入党章,一致同意将改革开放以来我们取得一切成绩和进步的根本原因归结起来就是开辟了中国特色社会主义道路、形成了中国特色社会主义理论体系这一重大论断写入党章。作者在认真学习十七大报告和新党章的基础之后对我党在新世纪新阶段的发展有诸多感触。
On October 21, 2007, the closing session of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in the Great Hall of the People. After earnestly studying the foundation of the report of the 17th National Congress and the new party constitution, the author has many feelings about our party’s development in the new phase of the new century.
