由于我国高职院校教育的飞速发展,高职毕业生同用人单位的需求产生了矛盾,主要体现在学生无法适应用人单位管理的标准,无法迅速适应全新的职业环境,会在实习期间出现流失现象,在就业后经常会出现跳槽现象。如何能够让高职学生在就业后快速适应就业环境,成功从学生转变成员工,成为了高职院校培养人才的急需解决的问题。
Owing to the rapid development of education in higher vocational colleges in China, there is a contradiction between the demands of higher vocational graduates and the employer.
