应用测定流水中溶氧量的方法 ,对真鲷耗氧率进行研究 .结果表明 :真鲷耗氧率随水温的升高而升高 ,鱼平均体重 1 2 0 .6~ 1 3 2 .4g,水温 1 9℃时 ,按鱼体重计 (下同 ) ,耗氧率为 2 .677μg/(g·min) ;2 9℃时 ,耗氧率达 5 .841 μg/(g·min) .真鲷的耗氧量随个体的增大而增大 ,耗氧率则随个体的增大而降低 .在水源 pH7.4、盐度 2 1、水温 1 9℃条件下 ,鱼平均体重 1 2 9.5 g ,耗氧率存在昼夜变化 ,1 7∶0 0耗氧率最高 ,为 (3 .877±0 .2 5 7) μg/(g·min) ,0 7∶0 0耗氧率最低 ,为 (1 .0 3 1 ± 0 .2 5 5 ) μg/(g·min) .真鲷白天的平均耗氧率为 2 .1 62 μg/(g·min) ,夜间的平均耗氧率为 2 .2 71 μg/(g·min) ,其代谢水平的昼夜变化不明显 .
The oxygen consumption rate of red sea bream was studied by the method of determining dissolved oxygen in flowing water.The results showed that the oxygen consumption rate of red sea bream increased with the increase of water temperature.The average body weight of fish was 120.6 ~ 132.4g The oxygen consumption rate was 2.6777μg / (g · min) when the water temperature was 19 ℃, and the oxygen consumption rate reached 5.841μg / (g · min) at 29 ℃. The sea cucumber’s oxygen consumption increased with the increase of individuals and the oxygen consumption rate decreased with the increase of individuals.Under the condition of water pH7.4, salinity2 1 and water temperature19 ℃, the average body weight of fish12 9.5 g, there was a diurnal variation in oxygen consumption rate, the highest oxygen consumption rate was (7.88 ± 0.257) μg / (g · min) (1 .031 ± 0.255) μg / (g · min) .The average oxygen consumption rate of the red sea bream during the day was 2.122 μg / (g · min), the average oxygen consumption rate at night was 2 .2 71 μg / (g · min), the diurnal variation of the metabolic level was not obvious.
