本文对胃癌病人腹腔游离癌细胞检出率进行研究，研究证明：进行期胃癌患者，腹腔游离癌细胞存在，且具有较高活性，是形成腹膜播种转移的主要原因。本组１３０例腹腔冲洗癌细胞检出阳性率３６．４２％。本文就胃癌原发灶的浸润深度，受浸面积，不同组织类型等问题，与腹腔游离癌细胞的关系进行比较分析，为胃癌病人预测予后，及综合治疗提供基础资料。
In this paper, the detection rate of free cancer cells in abdominal cavity of gastric cancer patients was studied. It was proved that the presence of free cancer cells in the abdominal cavity of patients with advanced gastric cancer and high activity is the main reason for the formation of peritoneal sowing metastasis. The group of 130 cases of abdominal washing cancer positive rate was 36.42%. This article compares the depth of invasion of gastric cancer, the area of infiltration, the different tissue types, and the relationship between cancer cells in the abdominal cavity, and provides basic data for the prediction of gastric cancer patients and comprehensive treatment.
