目的观察双环醇治疗2型糖尿病性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法应用双环醇治疗136例2型糖尿病伴非酒精性脂肪肝患者,比较治疗前后肝脏B超、体重指数(BMI)、血脂、肝功能等相关指标。结果标准治疗6个月,肝脏B超、体重指数、血脂、肝功能在治疗前后有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论双环醇治疗2型糖尿病性非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bicyclol in the treatment of type 2 diabetic fatty liver. Methods 136 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were treated with bicyclol. The liver ultrasonography, body mass index (BMI), serum lipid and liver function were compared before and after treatment. Results Six months after the standard treatment, liver B ultrasound, body mass index, blood lipids and liver function were significantly different before and after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Bicyclol treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver significant effect.
