本试验以苹果品种长富—2,新红星组培无性系为试材,探讨了IAA、ABA及继代培养次数与不定根形成的关系。研究结果表明,随继代培养次数的增加,其嫩茎生根能力显著增强,且内源IAA及IAA/ABA位均呈上升趋势。外源IBA处理可显著影响嫩茎内源激素水平,在一定IBA浓度范围内,随IBA浓度增加,内源IAA含量增加,ABA含量减少;IBA浓度超过1.0mg/l,嫩茎内源IAA含量反而有所减少,ABA含量增加。还揭示了生根过程中内源IAA、ABA含量的变化规律。
In this study, the apple varieties Changfu -2, the new red star tissue culture clones as the test material to explore the IAA, ABA and subculture number and adventitious root formation. The results showed that with the increase of the number of subculture, the ability of rooting of the tender stems increased significantly, and both the endogenous IAA and IAA / ABA increased. Exogenous IBA treatment could significantly affect the endogenous hormone levels in young stems. Within a certain range of IBA concentration, IAA content increased and ABA content decreased with the increase of IBA concentration. When IBA concentration exceeded 1.0mg / l, IAA content But decreased, ABA content increased. Also revealed changes in endogenous IAA, ABA content during rooting.
