1998年——虎年,如何种水田?前不久,本刊记者就此问题专门来到公主岭市南威子镇,听说吉林省农科院水稻所近几年科技成果累累,博士、硕士人才济济,并成为国家水稻种质改良分中心,还被农业部定为北方粳稻原原种繁育基地,被省政府定为水稻原种繁育中心。于是特意走访了所长苏君同志和副所长张三元同志,还有水稻专家李学谌研究员。他们向我们介绍了对1998年水稻生产形势总的估价和生产各环节应注意的一些问题。
