一、铸造车间的废物污染1.废物的种类及数量铸造车间排出的废物,主要有熔炼时的炉渣、铸型的废砂、除尘器收集的灰分及污泥、碎砖等。据对日本30家工厂的统计,废物总量中废砂约占62％,炉渣约占18％,污泥约占7％,灰分约占7％,其他占6％。七十年代,铸铁车间生产一吨铸件,平均要产生0.66吨废砂;在铸钢车间生产一吨铸件,则平均要产生1.4吨废砂。在八十年代,由于采用了旧砂再生技术,生产一吨铸件所产生的废砂已平
