自2009年以来,成都市总工会为应对灾后重建和金融危机影响,以开展工会创业小额贷款试点工作为重点,助推农民工创业就业,取得明显成效。三年来,全市工会共发放贷款贴息补助、担保费补助和创业补助等创业援助金840万元,帮助6757人实现创业,推动小额贷款20174.46万元,建立“工会创业就业培训示范基地”156个、农民工创业园区4个,培养创业带头人401人,通过创业共带动42187人
Since 2009, in response to the post-disaster reconstruction and the financial crisis, the Chengdu Federation of Trade Unions has focused on piloting small-business loans for union start-ups and has helped migrant workers start their businesses and achieved remarkable results.
