建立了基于离子液体的旋涡辅助液液微萃取-液相色谱法测定纺织品中致癌芳香胺的方法。研究了萃取剂的体积、萃取时间、萃取液pH值及离子强度等对萃取效率和富集倍数的影响。优化后的条件为:5 mL反应液中加入70 L 1-己基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐,2 800 r/min下旋涡混合3 min,离心5 min。在上述萃取条件下,21种芳香胺的富集倍数为11~186倍,21种芳香胺在0.5(或1.0)~40 mg/kg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995,RSD<10%(n=6),定量检出限(S/N=10)低于1 mg/kg。
A method based on ionic liquid for vortex-assisted liquid-liquid microextraction-liquid chromatography determination of carcinogenic aromatic amines in textiles was established. The effects of extractant volume, extraction time, pH of extract and ionic strength on extraction efficiency and enrichment factor were studied. The optimized conditions were as follows: 70 L of 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate was added to 5 mL of the reaction mixture, vortexed for 3 min at 2 800 r / min, and centrifuged for 5 min. Under these extraction conditions, the enrichment ratios of 21 aromatic amines ranged from 11 to 186, and the 21 aromatic amines showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5 (or 1.0) ~ 40 mg / kg with the correlation coefficients above 0.995. RSD <10% (n = 6) and the limit of quantification (S / N = 10) was below 1 mg / kg.
