甘肃产业结构的整体水平比较低下,有必要进行结构升级。该文从研究甘肃产业结构升级的现状与后发优势入手,提出了利用后发优势促进甘肃产业升级的政策选择。
The overall level of industrial structure in Gansu is relatively low, and structural upgrading is necessary. Starting with the study of the status quo and the advantage of backwardness in upgrading the industrial structure of Gansu, this paper puts forward the policy options of utilizing backward advantages to promote the industrial upgrading in Gansu.
