2005年3月16日,中国人民银行 的一份公告牵动了千百万普通购房者 的心。在公告中,央行宣布次日起调整 个人住房贷款优惠利率:5年以上长期 个人住房贷款利率最低上调0.2个百分 点。这是继去年10月28日央行“9年 来首度加息”之后,又一次使用利率杠 杆调控经济。只不过上一次是同步上 调存贷款利率,而这一次仅仅调高了 房贷利率。
