目的研究莛子藨Triosteum pinnatifidum地上部分的化学成分。方法采用溶剂萃取、薄层色谱以及硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、反相ODS等柱色谱方法进行化合物的分离和纯化,并综合运用1H-NMR、13C-NMR、COSY、HMBC、HSQC、NOESY、MS等波谱手段以及与对照品比对等方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从莛子藨地上部分乙醇提取物正丁醇萃取部分中分离得到5个环烯醚萜化合物,分别鉴定为triohima C 10-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、獐芽菜苷(2)、马钱子苷酸(3)、马钱子苷(4)、grandifloroside(5)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为莛子藨苷。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the aerial part of Triosteum pinnatifidum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by solvent extraction, TLC and silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed phase ODS column chromatography. The compounds were characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, COZY, HMBC, HSQC, NOESY, MS Such as spectral means and comparison with the reference method and other methods to identify the structure of the compound. Results Five iridoid compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extracts of the aerial parts of the ground crabgrass, and were identified as triohima C 10-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) ), Siamese (3), siamese (4), grandifloroside (5). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named glipizide.
