主要分析了连铸板坯内部裂纹形成的主要原因及与连铸机设备的关系,并根据铸坯裂纹缺陷在硫印图上的位置,建立连铸机设备在线诊断模型,指导设备检修和生产。
The main reason of internal crack formation in continuous casting slab and its relationship with continuous casting machine are analyzed. According to the position of crack in slab on sulfur map, an on-line diagnosis model of continuous casting machine is established to instruct equipment maintenance and production .
