被誉为东方明珠的青岛港,历经百年再度焕发出勃勃生机。实行局长负责制后,青岛港的吞吐量逐年递增,港口建设飞速发展。在短短的5年中“建了一座老港,换了一座新港,”港口的综合实力不断加强,目前青岛港的通过能力已达7300万吨,集装箱吞吐量居全国沿海港口第3位。 青岛港在注重发展的同时,高度重视港口的文明生产,狠抓内部综合治理,港口管理迈上新的台阶,港容港貌发生了巨大的变化。今日的青岛港,港区道路宽阔,货物堆码整齐,职工精神面貌焕然一新。青岛港正以崭新的姿态迈向国际亿吨大港。
