为研究上、下层梁通过新型连接件叠合而成的叠层钢梁整体抗弯性能,设计一根3 m长的简支叠层拼合外伸钢梁。通过受弯试验,得到极限荷载、破坏模式、挠度、应变分布以及滑移与荷载的关系曲线。研究结果表明:新型连接件能有效传递叠层梁的层间剪力,采用连接件的叠层钢梁具有很好的整体受力性能;叠层钢梁试件的破坏形态为支座处梁局部屈曲破坏,连接件在整个加载过程中未发生明显变形,能够满足箱体建筑的设计需要。
In order to study the overall bending resistance of the laminated steel girders formed by the new connecting members of the upper and lower girders, a 3 m-long simply supported laminated flat expanded steel girder is designed. Through the bending test, the ultimate load, failure mode, deflection, strain distribution and the relationship between slip and load are obtained. The results show that the new connector can effectively transfer the interlaminar shear force of the laminated beam, and the laminated steel beam with the connector has good overall mechanical performance. The failure mode of the laminated steel beam specimen is that of the support beam Local buckling damage, the connector in the entire loading process did not occur significant deformation, to meet the design requirements of the box building.
