POEMS综合征是以其典型临床表现:多发神经病,器官肿大,内分泌病,M—蛋白和皮肤改变的第一个英文字母缩词命名的临床综合征。Crow及Fukase首先报道,故又名Crow—Fukase氏综合征,也有称Takatsuki氏综合征,全球已报道150多例,国内自1987年以来有报道,现就北京3例,安阳、开封各1例综合报告如下。临床资料一般资料:5例均为男性,年龄37～49岁,发病至确诊时间为8个月～2年。临床表现:阳萎4例,四肢麻木无力者3例、限于下肢者2例。间断腹泻1例,消瘦者
