选取6项叶片旱生结构指标:角质层厚度,栅栏组织厚度/叶肉组织厚度,细胞密集度,主脉厚度和主脉两端厚角细胞层数,观察测定了13个核桃和铁核桃品种(优系)的抗旱性。方差分析结果显示,13个核桃和铁核桃品种(优系)在每个抗旱性指标上均差异极显著,故此对各品种(优系)进行了两两之间的单因素多重比较。依据前3个指标利用绝对法对各品种(优系)抗旱能力的大小进行了排序,其抗旱能力的次序为:新野,西洛2号,香玲,西洛6号,西洛3号,西扶2号,辽核1优,西林3号,辽核4号,辽核1号,西洛1号,西林2号,西扶1号,铁核桃(娘青夹绵)。
