转基因菊花在生产应用中具有良好的前景,而未知的环境安全性严重制约其发展。对转Vgb基因菊花开展连续两年的中间试验,在栽培管理条件一致、安全防护措施严格的前提下,转基因菊花T0代,T1代外源标记基因PMI和目的 Vgb经PCR技术检测均稳定存在,周边杂草及非转基因菊花尚无基因漂移现象发生,越冬越夏能力相对对照不显著。本实验说明试验地内转基因菊花外源基因在两年内仍稳定存在于基因组中,而且尚未发生基因漂移的可能,其微弱的生长竞争力转变为杂草的可能性极低。
Transgenic chrysanthemum has a good prospect in the production and application, and the unknown environmental safety severely restricts its development. Under the premise of consistent cultivation and management conditions and stringent safety precaution, the transgenic chrysanthemum T0 generation, T1 generation exogenous marker gene PMI and target Vgb were both detected by PCR. Peripheral weeds and non-genetically modified chrysanthemum no gene drift occurs, overwintering summer ability relative to the control was not significant. This experiment shows that the foreign genes of transgenic chrysanthemum still exist in the genome within two years, and the possibility of gene drift has not occurred yet, and the possibility of their weak growth competitiveness is changed to weeds is very low.
