党的十八大报告指出,我们党担负着团结带领人民全面建成小康社会、推进社会主义现代化、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重任。形势的发展、事业的开拓、人民的期待,都要求我们以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,全面提高党的建设科学化水平。并从坚定理想信念,坚持以人为本、执政为民理念,发展党内民主,深化干部人事制度改革,加强人才队伍建设,创新基层党建工作,坚定不移反对腐败,自觉维护党的集中统一等方面提出了明确的工作任务。
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress pointed out that our party bears the important task of uniting and leading the people in building an overall well-to-do society, promoting socialist modernization and bringing about the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The development of the situation, the opening up of undertakings, and the expectations of the people require that we all-roundly push forward the great new project of party building with the spirit of reform and innovation and raise the overall standard of party building in a scientific manner. From the point of resolving ideals and beliefs, adhering to the principle of putting people first, governing for the people, developing inner-party democracy, deepening the reform of cadre and personnel systems, strengthening the contingent of qualified personnel, innovating grass-roots party building, unswervingly opposing corruption and consciously safeguarding the party’s unity and unification A clear job assignment.
