自20世纪80年代开始,中小吨位的汽车起重机一般都是采用全液压驱动方式来实现变幅、回转、伸臂、卷扬起落等动作。由于整机成本、电控技术发展情况及整机产品应用范围等因素影响,回转报警装置通常被忽略。21世纪以来,随着社会的发展,客户对汽车起重机操作安全性的要求,达到了前所未有的高度,然而,目前市场上中小吨位汽车起重机,仍然还有相当部分未安装回转报警装置,本文结合市场上中小吨位汽车起重机概况浅谈汽车起重机的回转报警装置,对汽车起重机设计提供有效参考。
