结合某沿海地区地基处理工程中,采用深层搅拌法时,遇到的水泥加固土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的问题,进行了一系列水泥加固土试块的抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验。试验结果表明,水泥加固土抗硫酸盐晶的机制与混凝土不尽相同,在一定条件下,硫酸盐侵蚀产生的结晶膨胀,填充水泥加固大中的孔隙,可增进水泥土的强度。本文提供了部分试验数据,并就水泥品种、掺加粉煤灰等因素,对水泥加固士抗蚀性能的影响进行了探讨。
In combination with the problem of sulfate resistance of cement-consolidated soils encountered in the deep soil mixing process in the foundation treatment project of a coastal area, a series of cement-reinforced soil test blocks were subjected to the sulfate resistance erosion test. The test results show that the mechanism of cement-reinforced soils resisting sulphate crystals is not the same as that of concrete. Under certain conditions, sulphate erosion produces crystal swells. Filling cement with reinforced medium and large pores can increase the strength of cement-soil. This paper provides some experimental data, and discusses the effects of cement types, addition of fly ash and other factors on the corrosion resistance of cement reinforcements.
