目的构建和谐医患关系,提高医疗服务质量。方法加强医患沟通能力,更好地落实医患沟通制度的执行。结果医生和护士给患者印象的好坏直接影响医患之间的关系以及诊断、治疗。结论良好而有效的医患沟通对改善医患关系、提高医疗服务质量起着至关重要的作用。
Objective To establish a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients so as to improve the quality of medical services. Methods To strengthen communication between doctors and patients so as to better implement the communication between doctors and patients. Results doctors and nurses to the patient’s impression of the quality of a direct impact on the relationship between doctors and patients and diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion Good and effective doctor-patient communication plays an important role in improving doctor-patient relationship and improving medical service quality.
