新时期要求教师培养新颖人才,这也是赋予广大一线教师的神圣使命。为此,教师要以学生发展为本,尽量改变教学方法,重视新课程理念,有效地引导学生学习,掌握知识点。要高度重视学生学法的引导,便于学生巧妙地掌握学习技巧。另外,教师还要引导学生改变思维方法和策略,从而不断提高学生分析问题和解决问题的潜能,达到提高课堂教学质量的目的。
In the new era, teachers are required to train new talents, which is also the sacred mission entrusted to front-line teachers. To this end, teachers should be based on student development, as far as possible to change the teaching methods, pay attention to the concept of the new curriculum, effectively guide students to learn and master knowledge points. We must attach great importance to the guidance of students learning law, to facilitate students skillfully master the learning skills.
