目的:研究茶荚蒾Viburnum setigerum Hance的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶色谱、聚酰胺色谱和Sephadex LH-20色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从茶荚蒾中共分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为蒲公英赛醇棕榈酸酯(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(Ⅱ)、β-白檀酮(Ⅲ)、棕榈酸(Ⅳ)、槲皮素(Ⅴ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)、蒲公英赛醇(Ⅷ)、β-胡萝卜素(Ⅸ)。结论:9个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Viburnum setigerum Hance. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel chromatography, polyamide chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Nine compounds were isolated and identified from tea viburnum, including dandelion alcohol palmitate (Ⅰ), β-sitosterol palmitate (Ⅱ), β-palmitic acid (Ⅲ) , Quercetin (Ⅴ), oleanolic acid (Ⅵ), β-sitosterol (Ⅶ), dandelion alcohol (Ⅷ), β-carotene (Ⅸ). Conclusion: Nine compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
